Our small group approach means we limit participation to 12 per class to ensure personalised attention and will often run two consecutive classes for you e.g. 11:45am-12:30pm and 12:45pm-1:30pm rather than one session where it is overcrowded and the focus is diluted. We are committed to getting to the heart of what is needed for your group and delivering this with delight and ease.
